Sugar Free, Brown Sugar Substitute
We had some left over pumpkin and carrot from a lasagne I made earlier so we decided to make muffins. I used this Brown Sugar Substitute recipe and have used it a lot of other recipes too such as sugar free chocolate pudding and Tiramisu. This time however we made No Added Sugar Carrot and Pumpkin Spice Muffins! It worked perfectly and the kids loved them.
Makes 3 Cups
- 1 x cup Xylitol
- 2 x cups of Erthyritol
- 1 tsp of Organic Blackstrap Molasses ( I used Melrose brand)
